Cancellation:

Services must be canceled in writing via email to the technical organizer at (info@btmglobal.hr).

Accommodation cancellation fees:

• Up to 01.01.2025 – no charge

• From 15.01. to 15.02. – 50% of the total accommodation cost will be retained

• From 15.02. to 15.03. – 70% of the total accommodation cost will be retained

• From 15.03.2025 – 100% of the total accommodation cost will be retained
