Cancellation:

Please send your cancellations in writing to: info@btmglobal.hr

Cancellations received in writing by April 01, 2025, will be refunded after the symposium, less a 30% administrative fee and VAT (25%). Cancellations received in writing after April 01, 2025, will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances reviewed and approved by the Organizing Committee.

 

Refunds will not be issued if the delegate does not participate in the symposium.
